Your responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations with a hands-on presence
- Mentor team leaders and taqueros, setting clear goals and celebrating wins
- Uphold top-tier quality, cleanliness, and service in line with FAVV guidelines
- Drive performance, training, and career development through consistent feedback and hiring talented crew
- Review and report key KPIs to the Head of Operations each month
- Embody Taqueria Rico’s energy and culture: bold flavors, warm hospitality, and street-food hustle
- Handle the essentials such as scheduling, staffing, inventory, vendor relations, and reporting
