Taco Al Pastor is our signature dish, and for a reason! It features sliced marinated pork cooked on a spit and is served with delicious toppings on a homemade tortilla. The story of Al Pastor dates to the 1920s, when Lebanese immigrants brought the tradition of shawarma to Mexico. As cultures blended, so did the flavours!
